a Wyandot language class

a language session with the Wyandotte pubic school.

the kids learn best when a song is taught first.

the song becomes the foundation to create sentences

because a song sticks in the memory much better

and seems easier to access than “mental word lists”

  1. Richard,

Caitlin (from Care2) here. Is there any way you could upload a video or audio of you singing one of your teaching songs and have it accompanied by the lyrics in Wyandot and in English? It’s one thing, as you say, to read a list of words and quite another to hear and see at once. I’d certainly be interested in such a lesson! Ske:noh, He’eye’an.
